"I was relieved when it arrived..."
I was relieved when it arrived perfectly fine. The packaging was really solid, so everything felt well protected and there was nothing to stress about.

"Better than I expected"
I picked this up from rousehome a few months back, and it’s been holding up really well so far. It feels sturdy and not cheap or flimsy, which I was happy to see. I’ve been using it pretty much every day and it still looks nice, with no loose pieces or strange wear. Shipping was smooth too. Overall, I’ve had a good experience and would probably order from them again

"Description was way off..."
This wasn’t at all what I expected?? The description made it sound like one thing, but what showed up was different. Disappointing.

"Took Me Longer Than It Should Have"
The assembly wasn’t terrible, but somehow it still ended up taking me way longer than I expected. The instructions were kind of clear, but I kept feeling like I was the one stuck figuring out the little details they didn’t explain well enough.

"I had a small problem with my order..."
I had a small problem with my order so I reached out to customer service. They replied faster than I thought they would and were easy to talk to. It did take one extra message to get everything sorted but in the end they handled it fine. Overall I’m happy with the service not perfect but still good.

"Return process was slower than expected"
My refund did come through eventually, but the return process took a bit longer than I expected. I think other customers would probably appreciate quicker updates or a faster refund turnaround.

"Shipping took forever and was a hassle"
I ordered from rousehome.com thinking the shipping would be close to what they estimated, but it ended up being way slower. The tracking didn’t update for days either, so I kept having to check it over and over with no new info, which was annoying.
The package did finally show up, but by then it was later than I needed it. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it took more effort to keep tabs on than it should have, and I wouldn’t rely on them if you need something by a certain date...

"Decent for the price, but I felt a bit stuck with it"
I ordered from rousehome.com, and overall the items were okay. Nothing showed up damaged or anything, but once I unpacked everything, I had this feeling like I was kind of trapped with a purchase I wasn’t super excited about.

The quality is fine for everyday use, but it doesn’t really feel premium. Shipping was alright, though I was hoping it would move a little faster, especially since I was already unsure about whether I’d made the right choice.

For what I paid, I expected a bit more. It’s not a terrible buy, just average. I might order again if there’s a good sale, but I probably wouldn’t rush back at full price
